    I placed an order with them on 12/12/2022 and then received an email stating it shipped on 12/15/2022. The item has still now shown up at my house. I checked with *** with the tracking number and was told it's with Mail Innovations so they cannot help. It shows my delivery has still not been accepted by the ************ ** location. I have contacted the company via email 4 different times 12/27, 12/29, 1/1, and again 1/3 with no response back. I have text them like their system says when you call. I have messaged them on ******** and Instagram with no response. I would just like my money back for items that I have not received and they clearly are not interested in helping me out. I have seen that others have complained about the same on their ******** page. This company is taking people's money but then we are never getting our products.

    I ordered the Good Fortune essential oil from the Revive website. I like the scent so I decided to have it come monthly. A few months ago, I decided to change my mind. However, every time it arrives, I dont receive an email or any documentation in the box that the oil comes in to cancel the recurring order. Ive emailed, texted, and called them to no avail. They will not respond to me. I would like to cancel my order immediately. I find it highly suspicious that they did not state how to cancel a recurring order on their website. I have attached what I received on the box. This is the only documentation that this company provides.

    Placed an order a month ago, when it came it was wrong and missing a very important item purchased as a gift. I was charged for item. Reach out and after days of trying to reach the business by email social and chat I finally get someone who says they will send a replacement. I ask that its expedited as it was a) a gift b)their fault. Two weeks later the item is still not sent and ***** will respond to assist me. Worst customer service ever, if you can call it that as noone will respond to messaged emails etc. scammers, now tgat they have my money they stop replying?
