On 9 January I tried to renew my subscription for the price listed on the app store ($39.99). TRX wouldn't honor the price so I shutdown my account. After I shutdown my account, I received an email from TRX customer service apologizing and offering to honor the price through refund. I started an account on 13 January and tried to get a subscription through *****, but got an error message while still being charged ($79.99), but no subscription. I tried to go through the TRX website and was charged there as well ($79.99). TRX gave me a lower value subscription to what they had offered so I asked for a refund. At that point, they offered me their "all access" annual subscription for free. I said ok. I confirmed multiple times it was free as pending charges kept popping up on my bank account. Eventually a $245.07 charge went through on my bank account from **********************. They again denied charging me. I've contested it through my bank, but am unsure whether to cancel my credit card at this point because of TRX's erratic activity. The $245.07 charge is currently the only charge that hasn't dropped off or been refunded. They don't have any authorizations from me for service other than the "all access" annual subscription for free.

I am reaching out as a loyal TRX customer and ********************** studio owner who has relied on their products for years. I reported a catastrophic failure of one of the straps 3 weeks ago, which resulted in a client falling. The strap was only three years old and in excellent condition, yet the carabiner snappeda defect that Ive since discovered is not an isolated issue, as Ive seen similar cases reported online.Despite weeks of back-and-forth communication with representatives, Ive been told that they can only offer me a discount an a new purchase because the product is outside of its warranty. This isnt a case of normal wear and tear; this is a defective product. At the very least, I expected a replacement and, more importantly, guidance for inspecting the remaining nine straps in my studio to ensure this doesnt happen ******** studio is filled with TRX equipmentslam *****, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and moreand Ive always valued the brand. However, I am deeply disappointed in how this situation has been handled, as it fails to reflect the level of service I would expect for such a critical safety issue.
