Critical Failures at Finix: A Warning to Any Business Considering Them We are a SaaS platform processing over $1.5M/month in payments through Finix. After months of experience, I can say definitively: Finix is not ready for any business that values reliability, transparency, or scalability.Key failures we experienced firsthand:Unreliable Payouts: Residual payments were withheld without proper reconciliation, despite repeated requests. No clear documentation, no breakdowns... just missing funds.Inaccurate Financial Reporting: Residual and transaction reporting was consistently inaccurate. Even after internal acknowledgment of errors, no corrected or verifiable payouts were provided.Negligent Fraud Controls: Fraudulent merchants were approved without basic underwriting checks. Finix paid out to fraudulent actors, then attempted to shift the resulting losses to us, a **** platform that had no ability to approve, monitor, or reject merchants.Silent Operational Disruptions: Settlement failures occurred without warning. Critical communication channels were unilaterally shut down during active risk cases, disrupting our ability to manage customer **************** Incident Response: Repeated fraud escalations and security warnings went ignored. No formal mitigation plans were shared, violating basic expectations under PCI DSS ************ short, Finix failed to uphold even the most fundamental responsibilities of a payment facilitator. Theyve damaged our brand, stressed our operations, and forced an urgent, costly migration to protect our business and customers. If this is how ********************** treats a high-volume, compliant SaaS customer, it raises serious questions about their readiness for broader scale. Proceed with extreme caution.
