      Im am so grateful for such a fast and easy application process. Funds were in faster than. I could have ever imagined. I was back on. My feet and in the green in no time. Im saving money and paying off my bills. I applaud y'all for being good at what you do.

      LendingClub has been an outstanding business to deal with. The process is easy and quick. I have had 2 loans through them and have had no problems. I would recommend them to anyone for a persona loan.

      My loan was approved on 5/19/2025 but I never actually received the loan funds & my first payment is due tomorrow. Ive called your customer service 4 or 5 times & chatted with someone once. **************** has repeatedly told me to be patient & the funds will show up by end of week each time I speak to someone. *** requested to speak to a manager but have never been transferred to a manager. The last call on Friday someone said they would escalate a ticket & contact me. I was never contacted! It is now Wednesday. It should not take a month to receive the loan funds. This is starting to feel like a scam since my first payment will be automatically deducted from my account tomorrow for a loan I never received! I am contacting the BBB.

      Great company to work with...quick and easy application process...a few months after loan was possessed i needed to change my due date which was an easy do in 'my accounts'...i highly recommend this company for the quick and easy loan application and access to my loans details

      Lending Club does not gather the proper information to review and process loan applications. Furthermore their system does not have anyone reviewing the information for accuracy or completeness. There support staff was kind but ultimately is unable to review, update, and/or correct any information the system failed to gather correctly. I have a credit score of 835 and yet the application was rejected because ********** didn't have any information on revolving accounts . . . which I have a very long history of having to get to an 835 rating.Oh well i tried and have decided to look to a financial institution that is able to think and maintain a familiarity with their clients.*NOTE* - Might have dodged a "bullet" on this one . . .when looking to submit a review I found a lot of violations and fines from the *** on predatory lending practices.

      Lending Club has been there for me every step of the way through this life with both planned and unplanned events, good and bad. The staff is helpful and you can always deal with real humans, not systems and robots. Life is hard so I can really appreciate true help when you actually need it. They help me remain a successful/independent adult and that is a level of appreciation that cannot be measured in stars. Thank you *************
