    On september 26, i placed an order on the Truefish website, ordering 4 packages of ayu, which contained 3 fish each, and 1 4 pound tai snapper from new zeland. The order was expected to arrive on the 28th, which it did, but upon opening the package i discovered that only 2 of the 4 ayu i ordered were delivered. I promptly proceeded to try to reach out, via the websites contact us link at the bottom of their home page, but was met with a 404 message, telling the me page did not exist. After doing some online research, i found out their email is ********************************* so i sent them an email regarding my missing items, to which i received an automated message letting me know they would contact me in 24 hours. However, as of the writing of this report, no such contact arrived, despite repeated efforts to get a response. The email is obviously active, since its the same email they use to send out advertisements. In the process of writing this report, i also discovered that their website has marked my order fulfilled, which it was not. They have neither fulfilled their obligation to me as the customer, nor given me compensation or notice for their oversight, leaving me to assume they have no intention to rectify their mistake. If delivery is not possible, since this fish is a seasonal item, then i would be satisfied with a refund. I would also like to see a way to contact them in the future over these issues in the future, for both myself and others.

    The issue has been resolved. Customer was contacted and a refund for the missing items was processed on 10/8/24.
