      I paid and services were not rendered. This business is a total scam. They will take your money, send you a bunch of bogus files as if they are working on your project, ask for more money every couple of weeks and never finish the project. They will make guarantees while asking for more money. Just stay away from this business. They are not legit.

      Agreement terminated on March 10, 2023, no work was done and no services provided. Requested full refund of my money. Elith Book Writing has refused to refund my money. Based on my experience, I believe this company is a fraud and a scam.

      On 2/15/23 we paid Elite Book Writing for services. We were supposed to be matched with a writer who knew how to format a memory journal as we were assured Elite Book Writing could accommodate our request. Shortly thereafter, we received a text from someone who was supposed to be our contact. Not only was this person rude, they had no idea what the project was about. No call, just an email. We reached back out to *********************** (if that is really his name) who then matched us with a woman named ******. ****** apparently had no last name, just an initial, **************** My business partner, **************************** had an initial call with ****** to explain the project. What ****** sent back a week later was a joke. She literally put all of our comments through a redline program. She didn't read what we sent and got extremely defensive when we called her out on what she sent back to us. *********************** was copied on all correspondence and separately without **************** and has refused to engage via email or phone. We respectfully requested a refund per their terms of service. It was clear that not only does ****** have a problem with the English language, she couldn't even spell our names correctly. This was not working. We again reached out to ***** by phone and email to no avail. On one occasion I called *****, who decided to change his name to **** for the call. He literally said he was ***** Another person, ****** called as the customer service **** **** I called her back, she literally answered "Hello", and I had to say, is this ****** the customer service ************ was confused because she said we spoke with ***** the day before. I assured her we probably did but he said his name was ****. Both with the exact same accent and voice inflections. As soon as I did that, there was noise in the background like a call center. She was clearly at home and was part of the scam. Nobody has contacted us since we requested a refund. This company is a scam company run by who knows. We have called our credit card company to file a claim and I have reached out to several people in ************ who can put me in touch with the *** *********************** is not a real person, and neither are ****** or ******. This is a sham business and should be shut down.

      I am an author, and I entered into a book-distributing agreement with Elite Book Writing in September 2022. Per the T&C, they were supposed to pay me three installments totaling $23,481 on Dec 28, Jan 23, and Feb 28. They have not paid any of my installments except for $4000. They do not answer my calls, texts, or emails. They completely ignored me after I invested my money. Initially, they answered my calls, promising payments, but now they do not respond to anything. I am in the process of hiring an attorney. This is the second complaint I have lodged against them. They coerced me to remove the first complaint before they paid me $4000. I initially contracted this company in August 2022 to do book marketing, and they have not produced anything of quality. I paid an enormous amount of money for their marketing package and it still is not completely done. I am seeking a resolution of being paid the total royalties owed to me immediately. I have sent 4 demand for payment via certified mail and all four were returned to me due to no such address.

      On August 8, 2022, I entered into an agreement with ELITE BOOK WRITING (119 *****************, *************, **) to market my independently published novel for the amount of $1700 "in total for the whole project." I was subsequently informed by other "project managers" that I needed other services to fully market my book and update my website (which, according to the contract, was included in the original $1700). Additionally, I was told it would cost me an additional $500 dollars for necessary integration. Then, I would have to spend even more money on inventory. The bottom line is that this "project" cost me a total of $2700 and I have not sold one book as a result of their "marketing" efforts. I had requested a refund in full...which was guaranteed if I did not sell **** books within three months. It has been five months and still no sales. I have again requested a refund, so far, to no avail. Below are the exact words as written in the agreement with Elite Book Writing:"Guarantee: ************************* avails a 100% Money Back Guarantee if **** copies are not sold within 3 months. If the Service Provider (Elite) fails to fulfill the commitments, the Buyer is completely eligible for a complete refund and the Service Provider will process the refund."

      On 9/22/2022 I entered into an agreement with Elite Book Writing. I paid $8942 to print my books with Elite signing a contract that I would be paid royalties per the contract below, which they did not do. They refuse to answer my calls, always stating they are on leave, on vacation, away or the finance department is closed. I was scheduled to receive my royalties, and the company is avoiding me. The contract has been uploaded below. Proposal:On the agreed cost $14.89 a copy for paperback and $26.45 for hardcover, the distributors are willing to pay the author as follows. Retailers : 250 Paperbacks + 250 Hardcovers Local Book Stores : 300 Paperbacks + 300 Hardcovers Public libraries: 50 Paperbacks Total Required Number of Copies: 600 Paperbacks + 550 Hardcovers Total royalties to be paid to the author: (14.89*600) $8,934 + (26.45*550) $14,547 = $ ********st Expected Royalty Payment: December 28th 2022 *****% of the total cost = $7,827 2nd Expected Royalty Payment: January 23rd 2022 *****% of the total cost = $7,827 3rd Expected Royalty Payment: February 28th *****% of the total cost = $7,827
