    On 9/21/23 I paid Premium Wiki Experts $1499 to create and publish a ********* page for my deceased mother ******* ******, which was advertised as having a money back guarantee. On 9/27/23 Premium Wiki Experts requested another payment to create and publish articles about ******* ****** to be published as notable sources. I had already provided articles with sources from reputable sources, so I declined. There were also multiple sources on ********* (red link names) already citing my mother. I ended up essentially writing the ********* page myself. They tried to publish the page, but said it was taken down immediately. However they could give me no proof. They said they would try to publish it again, but never did. Their updates became fewer and farther between, and after multiple unanswered emails, I requested a refund in September 2024. I continued to call (over 10 voice mails left from September 2024 until now) and email the company requesting a response (over 15 emails) and finally received an email December 17th 2024 requesting more money ($1959) to create and publish 3 articles about ******* ****** in order to publish her ********* page. I was never told when I initially paid the $1499 fee that I would be required to spend MORE money. I once again requested a refund, and have not heard back from the company since that day. I would like a refund of my payment of $1499, which was guaranteed on my invoice (see attachment).
