      In December 2023, we purchased several pieces of furniture from Quatrines ******* store as part of their sale merchandise. One of these pieces was a ******************* and ottoman. It was advertised at one price, but when we arrived at the store (with movers heading over) the sales person said the ottoman was not, in fact, included, that the advertisement was a mistake. This was frustrating, but the movers were on their way and we had already committed and planned for the furniture purchase.On January 4th, we asked about the ottoman, and during that communication, we discovered that it was, in fact, included in the advertised price. We paid almost the same amount for the sofa as it would have cost for the ottoman included (a difference of $82). The sales people acknowledged this to be the case, but said their system would not allow for the ottoman to be given to us if we paid the difference of $82. Essentially, they could not fix their own mistake, and we would be paying for it.Additionally, they said we could buy it for $663 which was insulting. I am including emails documenting the exchange, the original advertisement, and the invoice indicating what we paid for the sofa. We are not sure if the original Quatrine store is in *************** or *************.
