In Sept 2024, I ordered two pairs of expensive, fur-lined leather gloves, one each men's and women's, for a total sale charge of $256. The men's pair was used, ratty, and defective, and had obviously been returned to them at least once. I went to the site to initiate a return, but there was no option to return for this reason, and it also stated no returns without allegedly included leather conditioner, which they didn't include in my shipment. After over a week trying to get a response from them by phone, PM and email, I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer, and a temporary credit was applied.

After that, I finally managed to get somebody in "customer service," who issued an RA, and they acknowledged receipt of the return in Sept 2024. LGO informed me that they couldn't issue a refund until their money was released. According to my bank, it was never taken, I was merely given a credit, which was reversed in Nov 2024. It has since been a nightmare of time and futile effort to get my money back from these people. They simply, rudely and tersely deny having received my money and demanding proof from the bank that they "released" the funds the bank never held to begin with. I provided them with all the bank documents and letters indicating this, but they continue to demand that I prove a negative, which neither I nor the bank can do. In short, they have effectively stolen $128 from me, and flat out refuse to return it. They have my money, they have their used defective gloves. I have spent hours on end between them and my bank trying to resolve this. They are simply trying to wear me out until I just give up and go away.

I incessantly receive marketing emails and have received them since 12/1/2022.I have clicked unsubscribe numerous times and tried pasting the link into multiple browsers and received a "Successfully unsubscribed" notification.I continue to receive marketing emails.I've also manually sent a request to the support email address with the email address on 9/1/2023 and never received a human reply but an automated reply:"Hello, Thank you for your email. Due to staff shortages and the vacation season, it will unfortunately take longer for you to receive a reply.Of course, all orders will be processed normally. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience! Kind regards, "I have a severe neurological health problem and the notifications are startling me and causing alarm at random times when I get them. This is negatively effecting my health.Remove me from all of your marketing email lists. The email address to remove is the one used to file this complaint.
