I've only been a customer for seven months, but I've had no issues, and I absolutely love the products I've purchased. Hims & Hers has been wonderful with product quality, billing, shipping, and communication, everything I need out of a company.

Simply revolting. I purchased a five month ********** subscription which stopped working within the first two month. When I notified customer service and was connected to the "medical team", all they offered was an upsell for more expensive products and longer subscription time. Four months later, the 20lbs lost was back on despite still taking the medication. I hope this review ****** others from wasting $400 on what is the same old scam that preys on people who are looking for help.Hims & Hers Inc.

Upon receiving my medication, I found that my name on the packaging was illegible, appearing to have been rubbed off. More alarmingly, the medication itself proved entirely ineffective, leading me to seriously doubt its authenticity and efficacy. I tried to resolve this issue by contacting Hims & Hers twice, but my attempts were ignored. On my third attempt, a representative finally responded. However, instead of offering a solution for the defective product or a refund for the ineffective medication, Hims & Hers, **** unilaterally canceled my account without ********** a company that dispenses prescription medication, Hims & Hers, ****'s failure to provide legitimate and effective medicine, combined with their unhelpful and dismissive response to my legitimate concerns, constitutes a serious act of medical negligence. Their actions, particularly the cancellation of my account in lieu of a resolution, suggest a deeply troubling pattern of deceptive business practices. I am requesting the Better Business Bureau's immediate assistance in securing a full refund for my purchase.Hims & Hers Inc.
