      I had a disappointing experience with Hims & Hers. After reaching out for assistance, I received a message stating they would respond within four hours. However, I ended up waiting 24 hours for a reply, which was frustrating. When I finally heard back, the response still did not address the resolutions I needed. The lack of timely communication and effective solutions was disappointing. I expected better customer service from a brand like this.

      I had multiple awful experiences with in office providers. I went 6 months without medication because I couldnt handle working with my provider at the time. hims is the only reason I am back on my depression medication, probably saved my life.

      I switched from another provider at the beginning of June (which I now know was after the GLP-1 compounding ban went back into effect) and immediately noticed that it was doing nothing even at a higher dose than I was before. Very deceptive practices and now they are trying to shove me off to the fulfilling pharmacy instead of acknowledging that I bought from them, not some pharmacy I've never heard of. They gave me a partial refund, but are trying to avoid making it right. I'm 100% positive what was sent to me is the same as taking nothing at all.

      Last Aug I began taking a local pharmacys compounded version of glp-1. Earlier this year (2025) they were forced to stop making it by the brand name pharmaceutical companies. My doctor was happy to prescribe the brand name version, but I was not able to afford it and ******** does not cover it. It would cost upwards of $1200.00/mo. I began search to find a reputable pharmacy online that had an affordable alternative. I found Hers and have been very happy with their product and service. I have had any serious side effects and have been losing weight steadily. Now I read news articles that state Him/Hers must stop producing their glp-1 product. So what is someone on a fixed income supposed to do? My husband and I both are taking this medication, so to buy name brand it would cost over $2400./mo! We not able to afford that. Do we just be content to be fat? It just doesnt seem right that a great medicine is available at a reasonable price and big pharma is taking it away so they can make more money with their own products.

      I am very disappointed that Hims & Hers have lowered the treatment dosage of *********** and did not inform any of their customers. I requested that my dosage be increased to the recommended weight loss dose of 2.4 mg/wk and then then informed me that they stopped using that dose in February 2025. I have purchased a whole year in advance, so I am unable to get a refund to go to another company who treats at the recommended weight loss dose. No one in customer service, or the "doctors" would assist me, no matter how much I asked for transparency and clarification when I told them my current dose wasn't strong enough. This is very important to me for my health and getting off of my blood pressure and cholesterol medication. Very disappointed.

      Initially liked the customer services and check ins. Was started on oral ********* and was not seeing many results but gave it time. During a recent check in I was experiencing some side effects and the physician recommended I switched to topical which I agreed too. My next delivery came and it was pills again. The day after my next 3 month shipment arrived I was asked to do another check in and received info that my subscription was canceled and my weight gain swelling could be more serious and I should follow up with my primary care and discontinue the product. When I asked about returning the brand new shipment of $175 of pills they said they dont accept refunds that I needed to contact them prior to shipment. How could I have done that when the check in done after I received the delivery was when they canceled me? Also I was told I was switching to topical and they did not ship me topical. This medicine is not cheap and while Im fine trying something and it not working for me Im not fine with being told not to take it after being sent more and now being told to throw it away because I cant return it.

      HERS is NOT a consumer product. Weight loss program charges $899 for one month. DO NOT BUY. Go straight to manufacturer and pay $499 per month. Provider interview done and then sent multiple careMessages and received no responses. They do not care about consumer costs or customer care. This program should not be legit. For people who truly want medical care, do not use this service. Program says they will transfer script to other pharmacy but they have ignored my requests to do so. Terrible experience.
