    I purchased an over the counter hearing aid from this company. It has now been 12 days since the order was placed. I have reached out to the company regarding my order via their preferred contact method (email) and have received one communication that said they would provide a tracking number. That communication was 6 days ago and they have not provided a tracking number nor have they responded to my email at all. The phone number listed on their website says no longer a working number.

    I placed an online order for a pair of rechargeable hearing aids from ViaHearing (*************************************************************************) for my elderly cousin while in ******** about two weeks ago (February 14 or 15, 2024). The total amount paid by Credit Card to ViaHearing was about $180 USD with a promise of a 3-5 business-day delivery. I left ******** on February 23 and up to the time of my departure, the hearing aids were not received. I emailed ViaHearing (no telephone number provided) on the 'Contact **' section of their website at: ******************************* on February 21 prior to my departure from ********, to enquire about the order but no response to date. The telephone number listed on their website is : **************) which is not in service and which I did not try prior to the purchase.I emailed the Realtor for ****************************************************************** (***************************************************) who advised me to speak to ******* at ************** which is a store below him (***********************) that does deliveries. I spoke with someone at ******* and they said that ViaHearing just has a mailbox at ************************************. So to date, I have had no contact with ViaHearing and would like assistance in either tracking them down and getting my money back if possible. Thank you.
