On April 25, 2024, Williams-Sonoma Inc. and dba’s Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, PBTeen, West Elm, Rejuvenation, Outward and Mark & Graham entered into a permanent injunction (case:3:24-cv-02396), brought against the company by United States of America on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
