    As a startup, every dollar counts and working with trusted partners matters. We were absolutely taken advantage of and lied to about a policy we purchased through vouch. From the very first moment, the policy could not be explained properly. They didnt have answers at this time, but would find out. They never found things out or forgot that we had spoken about the same something prior, We were under pressure and given a final answer date that was false we would come to find out after the fact. Would ask additional questions and they couldnt explain the policy. We needed a policy of this type for our business operations for a contract, but couldnt get firm answers and were down to the wire! Reps would never have a firm answer and I would catch them in lies or they would admit at the end I was right and they were wrong. Back to policy, we signed up for it and then called to find out if didnt existed and at the carrier multiple people said it did not and spent hours trying to find it. Staff would also get tossed around, a new rep everyday and each one had no idea what the other was doing! Apology after apology means nothing! They also took a high broker fee that was not disclosed. Never have seen an insurance broker take a fee from client side before! How would you feel if you called carrier and they have no record of your policy? How would you feel with a new rep everyday that had no clue what was going on? CEO needs to get their company organized and truly take care of their startups with individual rep who can be easily reach and has notes with the clients file. Refund full policy and cancel the scam ascend agreement!
