    app is built and design to scam unqualified workers to subjectively accept contracted work due to lack of workers credentials.Simply targets foreign and undocumented immigrants to work labor jobs for underpay.Use the system to get paid 3rd party funds from these up and growing companies striving to build there brand ( factor ***** delivery hellofresh etc).After further experiencing downloading app and picking up varies shifts through different entity companies,I have figured out that WORKWHILE is just working as a PIMP to make you work hours then figure out a way to not pay you.The worst part about it is.They do not allow you to speak to any LIVE PERSON or agent ..There is no way to escalate issues or speak to a supervisor about pay discrepancies or hours worked or just daily mishaps during your time on a job site.ITS A TOTAL FAILURE. Setup and build to take advantage of the less fortunate who do not have proper documentation or legitimate citizenship.I AM WRITING THIS TO HOPEFULLY CLOSE THE DOORS ON THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS OR EVEN SHED LIGHT ON THE THE THOUSANDS WHO HAVE ALRESDY BEEN SCAMMED OR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF.Thank you

WorkWhiles platform includes 24/7 user support provided by support agents, and offers escalation in the event a complaint is not addressed to a users satisfaction. WorkWhile provides protections to its users and customers, including a code of conduct, to ensure respectful treatment and communication.

    I am filing a formal complaint against WorkWhile for their mishandling of my employment background check, lack of communication, and overall unprofessional conduct. I began the background check process over a week ago and have yet to receive a clear update on its status or resolution. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have been met with nothing but automated responses from AI-generated botsnone of which provided real help or clarity.I submitted all necessary documents and even provided a detailed and honest explanation regarding a DUI charge from nearly four years ago that has since been resolved and cleared by the state. I believe it is inappropriate, and potentially illegal, for WorkWhile to continue questioning or penalizing me over a matter that is no longer on my record. Yet, instead of receiving fair treatment or a definitive response, I have been repeatedly ignored.The process has been vague, dismissive, and deeply frustrating. Ive acted in good faith, only to be met with unfulfilled promises of assistance, no transparency, and a complete lack of accountability from the companys support channels. This experience feels discriminatory and disingenuous, especially considering how simple and straightforward the resolution should have ******* a result, I am requesting that the BBB investigate WorkWhiles hiring and screening practices, specifically how they handle background checks, respond to applicants, and comply with legal employment standards. I am also requesting that WorkWhile be held accountable for their failure to provide timely, human support during the application process.Attached are screenshots and documentation of my attempts to resolve this directly with them.Sincerely,**** *****

    Workwhile gave me an assignment however I was given the wrong address for that particular work assignment. I showed up 10 minutes early ready to do my job but found no one there at the location that was given to me. They never compensated me for my time and no one from their support team would get back to me I tried calling their business number and they said the number is rarely checked.

    WorkWhile responded within our service levels to Mr. ********* concern. We requested to speak to him over the phone multiple times and engaged with him via chat through our support team through our app. We made sure Mr. ******** was compensated for his time once we fully understood the situation best. We value Mr. ******** as he continues to work on our platform since this issue was resolved.

    The customer is horrible they tell you to reach out in the app and they never respond or send you a generic message that someone will reach out to you in 24 hours and you never here from them they have no sent people their healthcare stipends due April 30 and refuse to address the situation they dont follow prop 22 they do what they want to do down their I went to their office that they have listed and their is no office its a closed down building so I dont no what they got going on down their then it always say leave a message with fin who is fin they dont respond either follow rules send people their healthcare stipends it use to be a good place but its went down down down

    There is no way to contact support team members. I have an issue with my attendance record - the late arrival was corrected by the employer who understood my clock in error but the change isnt reflected on the Workwhile app. The poor, inaccurate attendance percentage affects my earning potential by limiting access to other jobs. Without being able to connect with a support member I am wrongfully being denied opportunities. FYI, there is no chat option, theres no number to call, and the phone number that is supposed to respond to texts has not responded.Pretty disappointing.

    Been trying to get with this company for over two weeks they keep saying I need to wait for a job to listen and do a background check. I cannot get access to the app to see if a job is being listed but someone else I know can see the app and Jobs are being listed so how can I get a job if you were blocking me or your app is not allowing me to see any positions also there is a job thats trying to request me and the app is also, blocking me from getting that job as well. What can I do to get a real person or a supervisor at this business?

    I dont recommend this app please go to another one!!!!!!! Theres plenty of other job apps that treat and look out for there workers way better than WorkWhile. DONT SIGN UP!!!!!!!
