    The company does not have a phone number and stopped responding to emails beginning in July, 2020. When you try to use their automated support and quote functions, you get a "Uh Oh Something Broke" error page instead of a submission confirmation. Our world language teachers loved Lingt for years, but the platform stopped functioning altogether in November 2022, allegedly due to the Adobe Flash sunset, but that was two years ago.

    I have used Lingt for several years to do speaking assessments in my classes. At first, I loved using it, but Lingt started double charging me for the membership price. I contacted **************** but no one has responded. Moreover, Lingt website says that it cannot find all audio recordings that I have saved in Lingt website. I cannot listen to my students' recordings. This company became terrible.

    They do not respond to emails yet they continue to email me about not being able to charge an old credit card of mine. I don't want to renew, but there is no place on my account to change my preferences. It's unfortunate because I enjoy the product, but I don't want anything to do with a company that doesn't support its customers - especially when those customers are teachers who might be paying for the subscription out of their own pockets.

    This has been a great help for language teachers but I was triple charged for this year, and double charged for last year (it fell through the cracks due to a major move and life change last year...and of course COVID!). There have been no responses at all to multiple emails sent over the last two years. I've been using this service for almost 10 years now for ***************** and had great service at the beginning.

    I have used Lingt for many years, from the very beginning when the founders were still students at ***. but some time since 2020 maybe, they stopped all communications. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. NO receipt was given after you made the payment. It just went dark.
