I am writing to file a complaint regarding the expiration of my credit with Verbling. I believe it is unfair and unreasonable that my prepaid credit, for which I paid over $1,000, has been rendered unusable simply because I havent used it recently. This practice penalizes customers despite their initial financial commitment. When I purchased this credit, I did so with the expectation of flexibility in my usage, especially considering the significant investment. Now, however, Verblings policy has taken away my paid-for service without a justifiable reason. While I understand that terms and conditions may include clauses on expiration, I strongly feel that these do not align with fair business practices, particularly when such large sums are involved.I am requesting that Verbling reinstate my unused credit, allowing me the full value of the purchase I originally made. I believe this request is reasonable, given the nature of the service and the expectation that pre-paid credits should not expire or be forfeited unfairly.Thank you for addressing this issue, and I look forward to a favorable response.

I made a credit card purchase for a batch of 5 language lessons from Verbling. I then chose a teacher and scheduled the lessons. The teacher then canceled all the lessons manually, effectively refusing me service. The decision to cancel the lessons was made by Verbling's teacher. The problem is that I cannot apply the purchase credit to lessons with another teacher without spending more money due to idiosyncrasies in Verbling's system. Verbling has admitted this in email messages to me. I do not wish to incur further charges because of a situation which was not caused by me. I requested a full refund from Verbling, and their support representatives have refused to issue this refund. Therefore, my original purchase is unusable unless I spend more money. This situation is both unfair and a bad business practice. Given the situation, I want a full refund of my original purchase price. After receiving this refund, I intend to delete my account with ********************** and let the matter drop. I respectfully request your assistance in convincing the Verbling company to issue a refund to my credit card so that this matter can be quickly concluded. Thank you.Verbling account: ****************
