5 starsAgent was responsive and diligent in obtaining our document from the Secretary of State. We explained the urgency of the matter, and he was able to provide our document within one hour - absolutely thrilled with their services and will happily recommend All Business Documents to colleagues.

5 stars**** was insightful and provided excellent customer service during the dissolution process. We had many hurdles along the way that we needed to clear up prior to submitting for dissolution. **** was very patient and, especially, very helpful navigating through the different requirements. I could not have completed the dissolution process without his assistance. I would encourage anyone that needs dissolution assistance for any entity to contact All Business Documents. 5 stars**** was very helpful in arranging the walking of our Articles of Amendment into the ** ********** in *********** (that is the only way to submit documents for expedited processing with the State). He was very courteous and fast in responding, accommodated our unique needs, shared his valuable practical insights, and followed up with a scan of the filed document in a timely manner. 1 starThis company does not communicate well with customers. I submitted my request for a document and made my payment online. I had a few questions that I needed answered so I called the number for customer service. I only got a voicemail stating that I would get a callback asap. I left three messages but received zero call backs to answer my questions.The first email I received had an empty .txt file. Was this my requested document and there was an error? I felt like this was maybe a scam company, so I called my bank to report this transaction and cancel my debit card. I emailed All Business Documents questioning why I was sent a blank document and received an email stating that the .txt file was my receipt. It was blank, no receipt. Still no phone call. Again, I called to get clarification. I needed the ordered document, so I cancelled my order with All Business Documents and went to another company and ordered it from them. Quick response from the new company, I had the doc in 20 minutes. I finally did receive the requested document from All Business Documents a day later, still no phone call. When I again asked for a refund via email, I was told I did not receive a blank .txt file, which I obviously did, and they had sent the requested document to my email and stated they would not refund my money. With so many scams in the business world today we have to be very careful. All signs dealing with this company pointed to a scam company that would take your money and then disappear.I am very dissatisfied with this company. We have apologized to the customer and have issued a full refund. This is not a normal situation for us. The employee who handles certificate orders tested positive for covid the day before the order was placed and there was a scheduling mishap. But that is no excuse for the lack of communication. We have taken measures to make sure this will not happen going forward.
