    Today they asked me to wait until 12 for my driver to arrive. I had been already waiting since I placed my order at 9. In the midst of responding to the agent, my order was canceled after they asked for me to wait, before I could respond. This was at 11. I reordered, they neglected to communicate the time at the time of calculation as a form of retaliation pushed my time to the end til 4. I would like to be paid for my time for waiting as they are making money and they caused damages to my time keeping me from handling key business. I want to be sure that this is handled and they are held accountable for false advertisement. Their standard delivery time in my area is 7 hours and its subject to change. Im advocating for them to post this on their site, and on Weedmaps site to connect with consumers. This is not a good practice and unethical. Respectfully. I have still not received my order and its been 4 hours as Im writing this. Weedmaps took the complaint and advised me on leaving feedback. I would for them to respond publicly via BBB resolution process.
