    I will never work with Referral Exchange again. When I received a response from buyers or sellers as a direct result of a lead from Referral Exchange, I paid the referral fee. But even when a seller contacted me directly three (3) MONTHS after Referral Exchange sent the lead, I still had to pay them. So unfair. Don't get involved with Referral Exchange!

    This was a great referral from the Referral Exchange. I enjoyed working with the family to sell their home. They were great!

    30% is too high of a referral fee. Most of our proceeds were spent on gasoline.

    *********************** does a fantastic job. She follows up with any of my questions and stays on top of my transactions. It's nice knowing a lead source with high service standards. Thanks, Refferal Ex. Highly recommend but be patient with the leads . I have closed 14 to date.

    We have enjoyed working with Referral Exchange for years. Since the referral percentage has increased over the past couple of years it would be more efficient if the referrals were more closely vetted (i.e. phone numbers, renting vs buying or selling, etc). Also for some reason a few of our agent consistently continue to received only referrals from outside our area.

    I wasnt expecting much, but have been pleasantly surprised! Ive closed my first property with referral exchange and am filling my pipeline with more quality referrals. Love it!
