    We were going to cancel, but now we're trending best year ever!Many lead-generation companies consistently try to promote "30 seller deals a year" or "50 qualified buyer leads", and if you're in real estate, you're very well aware that it's all bs.I give nothing but props to ReferralExchange for their commitment to providing quality leads and consistent improvement. Are all the leads great? No, but that's any lead source in real estate. You have to take the bad with the good. ReferralExchange is committed to consistently improving its funnels and brands to best benefit their clients.The last two years we closed a combined 5 deals, our perspective was the lead source is terrible and it wasn't worth the time or commitment. We adjusted how we handled the leads and now we are going to close 6 deals in 2022 during a bad market. Next year we should close 10 with our adjustments made.Finally, shout out to my Account Manager ************** By far the best Account Manager I have dealt with for any marketing venture. He is the reason we continued. He's respectful, runs toward the issue, and is always there. Too often there's an issue and you reach out, only to have the account manager just email you back. ***** will call me on my personal cell phone, from his personal cell phone, to address the problem and resolve it asap. I have nothing but 5 stars for ***** and ReferralExchange.
