3 starsThe agreement makes you pay a referral even if you got the lead from another source initially. They don't tell you lead name before accepting. I work these leads occasionally, but the hidden nature of the lead, and the fact that, even if youve already been in contact with the lead through another platform, or through your own prospecting, and cant show assigned listing agreement or buyer agreement, which not all states have, you still owe a fee. The fees also plenty high so I only work these when absolutely necessary.Review fromsusan p

The agreement makes you pay a referral even if you got the lead from another source initially. They don't tell you lead name before accepting. Their agreement also states for the life of the lead, no expiration. So if a lead comes to something in 3 yrs, you still owe the fee. I canceled my partnership with them because their business practices does not sit well with me ethically.
