    Our company, ************************ contracted to use the services on Amplitude *** at the end of December 2023, a a multi-month sales process during which all of our needs were made clear and Amplitude assured us of seamless ways to use their platform to analyze our data. We paid $16,000 for a year of access to the platform. Pricing is not available on the site and is not transparent and differs for different customers. As we began onboarding, we were told that to use the platform in the ways we were told we would actually need to add thousands of dollars worth of features. These features are demonstrated on the site in a way to make the consumer think they are part of the basic platform. The add-ons are not spelled out on site anywhere and were never made known to us during the sales process. We have talked at length with the company and all they have offered to do is reduce the price of the add-ons to $9,000 additional dollars. We are a small company and now we have paid $16,000 for a platform that can't do what was promised for us.
