    On May 2, 2024, I contacted Enhencer through a ******** ad, leading to a phone conversation with a representative where I had unsatisfactory answers to my software inquiries. I visited their website on May 3, created a free account, but found a pricing discrepancy. Despite seeking clarification from the representative and expressing interest in the lower price, they charged me $199 with a 14-day free trial instead of $149 advertised in the Shopify App Store. It became apparent to me at this juncture that Enhencer was engaging in deceptive advertising practices by displaying conflicting prices, thereby failing to honor the lower price as advertised on Shopify.In an effort to assess the software's functionality, I wanted to see if the price was worth it. Regrettably, my experience revealed significant usability challenges and synchronization issues with our target audience. Consequently, I uninstalled the application and communicated my reasons for doing so to Enhencer, requesting a refund for any charges incurred and if no charges were incurred not to charge my card for any reason moving forward. Subsequently, to my dismay, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $199 on our Shopify invoice, despite promptly uninstalling the application and requesting cancellation 1 day after installation. This unauthorized charge led to the suspension of our store, as we refused to remit payment for a service we did not utilize. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue through various channels, including Shopify, Enhencer's chat support, and their unresponsive phone line, our concerns remained unacknowledged. The prolonged downtime of our website, has exceeded 24 hours, compounded by the financial strain caused by the unauthorized charge, has significantly impacted our business operations.I was eventually contacted by *****, who demonstrated a dismissive attitude. On May 20, 2024 I was notified that I would not receive a refund because there is no refund button.
