Nov. 21 2024- I bought vidiq BOOST for 2 ******* channels. It has never worked right. I get runarounds and no help. After 6 months I unsubscribed and ask for a refund, they refused. I still have until Nov.21, 2025 left . I was using one of the services called BOOST when I did a new video and just as soon as I unsubscribed the button for that disappeared. They have given me the runaround, I don't have it, I do have it. Then tried to sell it to me again and then tried to convince me I have the service but I cannot see it. So I stopped trying to resolve it with them. So I'm asking you to please help me get all or part of a refund? They will tell you I got a lot of Subscribers with them! Thank you for your recent correspondence.
Weve been in direct contact with the customer and have addressed the matter in full. We took the concerns seriously and offered a resolution, which the customer accepted. We consider the matter resolved.
The customers Boost subscription remained fully active through the end of the billing cycle, and no paid features were removed upon cancellation. A product update introduced an enhancement to the Boost workflow, where optimization features are now applied automatically eliminating the need for a manual button. This change affected all users and was not related to the customers account status.
We remain available should the customer require any further assistance.

I am a yearly member for them and signed up based off a feature they HAD. There was no update of the removal of the tool that I originally paid for. When I asked them about this they said they no longer support it (its still on their website) and they werent bringing it back. I sent 4 emails and never got a response.Business Response

They took out$199.00 when I did not sign up for $199.00 program or course with VidiQ. The phone number they give does not let you talk to anyone over the phone, it is just a recording that keeps repeating email for support.Business Response

I wanted to try their free plan and I have missed the last day of free plan period and they charged me 199 dollar. And I dont really want to use it. signed up for free trial on 11/16 then cancelled on 11/17, however, I was charged on 11/27 and on 12/26 $49 each when I should not have received any charge considering I cancelled immediately. I signed up for a free trial of VidIQ and cancelled before the end of the term, and before the renewal charge- as per the provider's **************** agreement. The company reinstated the account and charged my card $49 USD. When I contacted the company to report the error and request the refund, they would only offer a credit to their online store but refused any refunds.Business Response
