    Date of transaction: may 16th 2023 for the amount of $57.74. I placed an order for Fairies dancing with dandelions garden sculpture option E and received item roughly June 18th. upon receiving my delivery I noticed my box had metal rods poking out and proceeded to Open. My item was not wrapped, just shoved in the box. Even though when I looked at reviews customers sent photos of their items wrapped. After further review I realized my item was damaged, along with looking nothing like the images shown on website. I immediately messaged their customer service and informed them of said details. It took quite some time for them to get back and they requested I send a photo of the original shipment label so they could be sure I ordered through them. I explained that the box had went out to recycling but I had my order and tracking #s. I request a refund due to false advertisement, and my item being broken and Again they requested photos. I sent photos of damage, the box with rods sticking out, a photo of item I was expecting and what I recieved. They claimed they could only give 30% back due to Unavoidable damages during shipment or they could send a new one. I stated that was not acceptable due to damages could have been avoided eith proper care, and I did not want their product, sending a new one would seem like it would cost more for them to simply refund my purchase. I have asked to speak with Head of Operations, managers. All requests have been ignored. I attempted to leave a review explaining my experience, how the fairy shown was a 3 dimentsional wire-like body anf i revieved a sheet metal cutout which was never uploaded. I believe this business is illegitimate and fraudulent. Please help
