*********************, shouldn't be working in the medical field or as a manager in any field for that matter. Worst service received from a so called manager of a healthcare establishment. Very rude and condescending.

One medical is a total ripoff. I made certain the provider was in network, yet they charged $700 IN ADDITION to the yearly membership fee for just a ***** minute visit with a general practitioner. Additionally, they majorly injured my arm when drawing blood, their app is mediocre, and their billing process is a mess.

My review is in 2 parts. *************** is a fine physician and ******, team health coach, was a delight. Unfortunately, thats where the good ends. It took 3 weeks for them to get referrals out. Today I know of only ONE of THREE that were sent to referring medical facilities. Next, my blood work results were back within 24 hours, were available online for me to access BUT when I called to see when someone would go over my results I was told it takes 10 days to two weeks before someone would call. Actually it took 3 weeks!!!One of the reasons I went to One Medical was I wanted a gerontologist. But the price I pay for that is just too high. I went in to the office today asking if I could be seen. I have a severe ear ache. Ive waited for a few days and its getting worse. I was told they do not see any patient on an urgent basis. A nurse practitioner will call me back by end of the day. Its hard to accept your primary care doctor wont see you. No amount of talking would change their decision. So off I went to urgent care then the ** if no one would help me. I went to urgent care, after the paperwork shuffle I was placed in a room. In less than 5 minutes I knew my diagnosis if only MY doctors office could have given me 5 minutes. ***. I will no longer go to this doctor. If they only want me when Im well they are not a full on medical professional. Their business model doesnt allow for this. So my wallet doesnt want them either!Seniors beware. They give a great talk but dont do the walk.

Dont fall for their gimmick about transparent pricing. Had an annual physical, during which the doctor asked me if I was having any other health issues. Mentioned I had some stomach issues, doctor said it might be viral. No treatment or medication prescribed. I also asked for a prescription for my pre-existing asthma. Whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Was surprised with a bill of $269 a few weeks later. Ive never been charged for asking a few questions before at non-luxuryclinics. They certainly knew they were going to be billing the visit as a problem-based visit before I left the clinic, but no one told me anything. Will not be renewing my subscription after this one expires.

We got charged $800 for a pregnancy test in Oct 2021. The test was negative. However, my wife was indeed pregnant. They said they would then run the bill through our insurance, which never occurred. Then, finally, without notice, they sent us to collections.OneMedical does not put our health or financial health first. Corporate profits and greed over the Hippocratic Oath.

I wish I read these reviews first. I was told this service was complimentary, had a 5-minute virtual consultation, she sent me to the hospital saying I may be at risk of dying if I don't go, then received a $250 bill. I went to the emergency room because I was scared and he took one look at me and said I was totally fine and the diagnosis was wrong. From both a patient ********* and a business side, this business has a lot of growth needed. I have messaged back and forth with someone about the charge not going through my insurance even though it's listed and no progress has been made. Avoid at all costs - literally.

This place is by far the worst medical service. My medicines aren't correct. The lady asked me the same questions about the issue during a retest from their lab errors! Then they charged me to go over the results. She also wrote on issues with a highlighter. The app just ***** and is not user friendly. I had to ask multiple times for visit summaries and they are poorly written. If you try to talk to billing department for help, then keep pushing you on someone else and never call you back.

Don't waste your money on One Medical:I went to One Medical and was charged $520 for a 5 minute visit, when I queried the amount they said they could give me a 30% discount taking the **** to $355.12. I had an eye issue that the one medical representative I met with told me he was not able to do anything about, they said I needed to see an eye specialist, then asked me what insurance I had -I replied PPO to which they said you didn't even need to see me you could have gone directly to an eye specialist! So I'm paying $355.12 for nothing. So in summary I went to One Medical they told me they couldn't help, told me to see someone who could and charged me $355.12.
