    I made a purchase to have an item sent in and signed. The website ********************************* had items available for me to purchase and sent in. I realized that the social media of the company had not posted in a while so I emailed them my concerns but my email was actively blocked and there is no way to contact him. Looking more into the company I realized that he is an active scammer ********************************************** . I would like my art back and a refund if possible. Thank you

    December 31 2022 i reached out to Echo base media regarding recieving the wrong item. they said they would be working on it and coming up with a resolution. From january till march they were still investigating the issue. At the end of march the house my wife and i were moving into was destroyed. Lost quite a bit of our belongings, including the items i was sent in error. No communication at all between either parties till november of 2023. asked for my item to be returned with out the quote that i had originally asked for. Offered items i had bought that were unsigned to try and get my item back.January 4th of 2024 i asked them to send my item back and they said it should be this week. asked again about the items i recieved that i already told them were destroyed, but was willing to send replacement boxes. The so called owner responded on march 6th at 9:46 am and agreed he was frustrated as a business owner that this hasn't been addressed yet. Emailed today 5/29/2024 and let them know i have hired an attorney and i was blocked from emailing them. All i want is my item back and my money back. Or they can buy me a new item which is worth $300+. If im contacted by the business owner i want it resolved and a resolution to be reflected or i wont pursue this any further in court. This isn't the only complaint about this business.

    I've been trying to get in contact with this business regarding my order. The website has no updates. When I try to email the contact address it says the email is blocked. All social media comments get blocked. There is no way to reach this person. I would like my item back and my money refunded if the signing is not happening.

    On August 14, 2022 I purchased a ********************* Autograph Pre-Order Send In Item from Echo Base Media through their website. According to their website this signing session was already completed and orders were shipped back to their owners, but its May 2023 and I have yet to receive my Star Wars rebels poster signed by ********************* back from them. Its been almost a year since I made the initial purchase. I have contacted their customer service and they always tell me that they will get back to me but always take a long time to do so. The last communication from this company was on April 5th, 2023 saying: Your poster has been located and Im working on getting it back to you asap. As of today, May 15th I have not heard back from them with a tracking number. I honestly dont care if my poster did not get signed the first time around I just want my poster back. Its been a headache dealing with this company. I should not have to wait almost an entire year to get my poster back.
