    If you are looking to complain about Creative Websmith from ******* **. This is where you would complain because they are the same company. Creative Websmith lists CMOLD as their DBA. I am giving Creative Websmith a 1-star review for many reasons. First, they are very pushy, and they do not do things promptly like they say. I had purchased a custom package from them (prepaid) with multiple options. What I paid for was not just a web design but features that went along with the web design. The web design itself I approved. However, they never gave me my legal page which was one of the main reasons for my purchase, and I didn't end up using all the extras I needed. They boast a 100% satisfaction and money-back guarantee but they change their policy as needed to cover themselves. however, later on, I paid for a maintenance plan. I changed my mind and got a refund. Then I asked for a refund on the blogs/SEO/keywords I had paid for that hadn't been done yet. They said no so I disputed only the amount that hadn't been done yet for $195. That was initiated on 2/29/2024. I noticed by 3/1/2024 that they had not only refunded me the full amount (that I didn't dispute or ask for), but they also refunded me for my custom web package on a different card/bank that was never disputed either. I was like wow, they honored their satisfaction and money-back guarantee. So I used that money for medical bills (my mom broke her hip). On 3/4/2024 someone named *********************** started harassing me saying I disputed everything, which was an easy lie to disprove. Then he asked if he could refund everything and recharge me. I told him someone must have refunded me without approval and upset someone, that wasn't my fault. I don't trust them and will not give them my information. Then they tried to threaten me with legal action and made up many lies while calling me a liar, harassing me, and threatening me with legal action over less than $500 that they refunded of their own free will.
