    This is a solid no. The one star is to reflect that one positive experience I had with this company which was with **** - the gentleman who came to my house to do an estimate. I informed him of my need for boxes for our move before a scheduled surgery so I could pack as much as I could until I wouldn't be able to and he assured me it would be here on Tuesday 04/16 once I accepted their estimate. I called the office upon receipt of the estimate to move forward and I was asked for a credit card to hold the reservation. Little did I know this is a deposit which is forfeited should the scheduled move not happen. Communication was non-existent. I never heard back from them so I called the office and talked with someone by the name of **** who said I needed to have talked to the ****'s assistant. Hm... ok, how I would know that? She then proceeded to tell me said assistant would call me and I am still waiting for said call back up to this day. As the days went by, and I never got any communication, I reached out. I grew incredibly anxious as this is a big move and I was afraid I would need to reschedule it. I have called and emailed and no communication. So this morning, I decided to cancel the reservation as it is clear this is not a reliable company and was informed they charged me $ 378 deposit which I was forfeiting. No apologies for the lack of service delivery or lack of communication, all I received was an attitude. Thanks ****! Nothing like talking to some like you when recovering from a surgery and being ****** stressed about a move. You were the icing. Moving is a stressful experience as it is, but having to deal with companies that are not reliable and are not communicating makes it that much worse. What a regret. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I already submitted a dispute on the charge I didn't even know I would forfeit should the move not happen. Btw, boxes never made it. Lovely.
