    I "pre-ordered" 3 subpacs 4 years ago. It was advertised as a finished product that they would be delivering shortly. It's been over 4 years still no delivery. I requested a refund on the other 2 in the past, which they refunded. I held out hoping someday they would make good on delivery. After the 4th Christmas went by and no updates I asked for a refund - twice. They have not responded. I ma hiring an attorney. They have a Discord page that they say they will update all of the people that have been waiting (over 50). There is a Discord page where all of the people that gave money to this enterprise are still waiting. This is false advertising at it's worst. Subpac never had a product to sell and just help peoples money for years, and years. Still holding it...

    This was supposed to be the pre-order purchase of a Subpac X1 tactical vest. The original promotion stated that the vest will be released in summer of 2021. The purpose of the pre order was to lock in the price and avoid delays once released.

    It has been one delay after another. Excuses after excuses. It's now fall off 2024 and the company still has not shipped a product. The only reason I was even holding on was because I thought this was a legit company and they always promise that you can get a refund at any time.

    So myself and a few others have been holding on for 3+ years now and it's obvious what the writing in the wall says. This company led about the product they were promoting and never even begun to produce test samples. They have been super horrible with Customer service and now that had ***** to an abrupt end.

    All i want is my $500 pure-order purchase amount to be refunded or the product to be delivered immediately.

    It's bad enough the they got a 3 year free loan on my money, but now they want to go back on their word about refunds too??

    I ordered a "preorder" on 8/20/20 for $550.15 and since then the company has continued to give different reasons why they were delayed. But each few months the reason changes and they now are saying that they giove refunds but I am in a community that has hundreds of other customers that are also not getting refunds. They have never shown a realy physical product and have not delivered anythign to anyoen in over 4 years. They ahave continued to take "preorders" from waves of custoemrs since I paid for mine. They also tried to bully customers to not get refunds, telling us that if we got a refund and wanted to buy the product once they released it, we would have to pay 3 times what our preorder price was. Every step of the way has been a lie and I do not want other people to fall for this trap.
