BEWARE!!!! Read All of the reviews and complaints. Just like others, they cancelled my account for no reason at all. Do not set yourself up for such unprofessional action that will destroy your business without any notice and for no reason. This company is reckless and provides no means to remedy any issue. Once they suspend your account, they remove the option to even communicate with them. Absolutely ridiculous!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

***** from MailerLite is the culprit.I purchase a PHONE NUMBER from a reputable business partner. I call that phone number and obtain approval via a RECORDED TELEPHONE CALL to send an email. I send like 25 emails a month to clients that I have an active and legally binding contract with.MailerLite heard 'purchase' one time and immediately became arrogant and dismissive. Then, when I clarified what I meant, they didn't care. Even though my clarification showed I actually do follow their terms of service - it seemed as if they were embarrassed to admit they made a mistake and so snubbed me anyways. Term: You do not have explicit, provable permission to contact in relation to the topic of the email you're sending. Me: All of my phone calls are recorded - I've attached an example. This recorded call is where I receive permission.Term: You bought, loaned, rented or in any way acquired from a third party, no matter what they claim about quality or permission. You need to obtain permission yourself. Me: I DO obtain permission myself. In the recorded phone calls.Note: It says if I purchased a lead and then obtained permission myself - that's permissable! They do not follow their own terms of service. They are arrogant and pompous. They do NOT listen to you. And, once they've deemed you 'unworthy', they kick you to the curb as worthless. Disgusting company!!Stay away! Imagine if they did this 6 months into my campaign and shut my entire account down! Scary!!
