      Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Subscription Renewal Practices Date of Transaction: June 14, 2024 Amount Charged: $34.00 Description of the Problem:I attempted to cancel my subscription to Meez three times and contacted customer support twice this month. Despite this, I was charged again on June 14, 2024, for $34.00. The site offers no straightforward cancellation option, only a "downgrade to free" option, which is misleading and appears designed to prevent cancellations.Florida Legislation Reference:According to Florida Senate Bill 1104, businesses must provide clear cancellation methods. ****'s practice of only offering a "downgrade to free" option is deceptive and likely violates this law.Attachments:Screenshot of my profile and subscription details.Image showing the misleading cancellation option.****'s practices have caused financial inconvenience and frustration. I request an investigation and a refund of the recent charge.
