    I purchased what was promised to be electromagnetic antifreeze snow/ice care removal devices. 3 of them for $69.99. What I received was 3 electromagnetic car air fresheners. Not what was advertised and not what I ordered. I have repeatedly contacted the company and they are trying to tell me I received the correct product. I have pictures of my car covered in snow and the device is inside. It clearly is false advertising.

    On 11/13/2024 I paid $54.97 USD to VHPSTORE PTE. *** using ******. I have a receipt from ****** for this.Item purchased was supposed to be a fairly large yard Nativity scene (from the ad/picture/description).When I finally received the item it was in an 11x17 mailing envelope with no packing slip or product information, and appears to be shapes cut from a white cardboard. It is in no way what I was led to believe I would receive.I would like a refund if the amount paid, as I believe the item was misrepresented in the sales material.I cannot ding any identifying information of the transaction other than the ****** receipt and none of the company info (website, phone) appear to exist/or have been disconnected.     I purchased jeans advertised as **** Blue jeans from a website on ******** that said they were a US based company and there were free returns. The photos and information lead the viewer to believe that they were selling **** Blue jeans. When I checked out, the name of the business changed and I could tell that the site looked different. Because I had no way of confirming the fraud I waited to receive my products. I then saw the shipping information a week later to notice they were sent from over seas. I then tried to cancel and was told they had shipped. I received the product that was not as advertised and were not talls or the color that I ordered. I reached out to the company and they refused to give me a refund and acknowledged that the order was wrong and could resend the correct color and tall length. I refused due to them being very cheap and not **** Blue as advertised. I filed with ****** and they only offered 40% at the end and my case was closed. This company changed the name several times and when I tried to go back to the original company on ********, they no longer existed. It is soo frustrating since I tried to confirm I was purchasing from a US based company and I thought ****** would protect me. This company should not be allowed to sell fraudulently. I included the information from ******.

    Ordered led outdoor lighting, when received it was different than advertised, totally different look when illuminated and not bright at all for outdoor lighting (my indoor under cabinet lighting is brighter than this product). Ive gone back and forth with customer service, they cannot refund my money due to their policy, lights work, not damaged they think its suitable for my needs. This is a comment from them Ive copied and pasted from 1 conversations, We understand that we have made mistakes in updating product information leading to your disappointment. In this case, we sincerely apologize to you and hope to receive your sympathy. They offered me the product I thought I was getting for a much higher price and are up to 30% refund. I feel this is misleading advertising, advertising a product and sending a much cheaper ( price and quality ) hoping to get away with it. I work hard for my money and will not go out without a fight. All I wanted my money back for their mistake.

    On March 24, 2024, I ordered a pair of shoes from VHP STORE PTE, **** They were originally advertised as ******. I received them on April 20, 2024. There was no packing list included and the shoes were not Clarks. They were of very poor quality. I asked to return them for a refund. I received several messages wanting to give me only a 15% refund. I paid $44.85 for the shoes. my order number is ************. I would like a refund of the original amount paid. I appreciate any help you may be able to give and to let others know this is not a reputable company.
