Terrible customer service I wasted a day trying to get my account setup and only response is that my account was flagged for fraud and disabled. Waste of time.

EasyPost offers insurance services with no ********** to pay out these services. It is nearly impossible to find the form to file a claim when an item is lost, and once the form is completed they require "proof" that is both extreme and impossible to produce. This is a clear scam that is stealing money from 1000s of people. This needs to be stopped.

Dear Customer - please send an email to ******************************** they will help you to address the questions. We do handle many insurance claims and it may be matter of following the process which our process / reinsurers want to have to fulfill the claim

They advertise "Spend $100, Get $100". They refuse to give me the Promotional Credit because $62 of the $100+ I spent on shipping labels, WHICH THEY ADMIT I SPENT, was from a credit I got posted to my Wallet by them for an insurance claim settlement. I don't see any EXCLUSION anywhere in their Terms of Service disclosing this exception. Upon my request, they have failed to provide such documentation.WORSE THAN THAT EXPERIENCE: I intentionally got my balance down to zero. (I increased insurance on a shipping label ***** by ***** until I was at zero.) Magically, mysteriously, I was charged a .01 Service Fee that triggered a $100 "Reload" charge to my credit card on file. They CLAIM it was a .01 shipping adjustment charged by *****. (Have you ever known a shipping adjustment to only be one cent?! Seriously?) Despite REPEATED requests, they cannot provide any documentation showing this alleged charge came from ****** I believe their computer scans customer accounts and charges any zero balance .01 to trigger charges to customer credit cards. I can't prove this, anymore than they have yet to prove that ***** charged me for a shipping adjustment. I thought the $100 charge I received at 2:00 a.m. was a Fraudulent charge and immediately reported it to my bank. (I couldn't CALL Easypost.) My bank cancelled that card, and I had to notify and update billing information for multiple auto pay recipients. Easypost never apologized for my inconvenience. As others have noted, there is NO phone support. You are at their mercy as to when they finally choose to respond to your emails. If they do at all.Easypost was a convenient shipping option for me. Sadly, I cannot recommend that anyone use their services. In fact, I will now go out of my way to DISCOURAGE anyone looking for an API from using them. I find it not to be worth the aggravation. That is unfortunate. Next, I may file a police report for the .01 charge. Would have been easier if they had just issued the $100 credit. :(

Dear Customer and team - Currently the customer only paid us $50 (in total) and disputed other changes and received the money back. Our terms are yes spend $100 - Spend include total spend net of any credits they get (they received insurance credit of $62 which reduced the spend). Here they only spend less than $100. If they can do few more shipments spend $100 then we will certainly provide the credit. In addition we also incurred credit card charge back fee of $15 - if they asked us for refund of the charge we would have refunded the balance and wouldnt have incurred this charge. We recommend you to purchase additional transactions and get the $100 credit - Also note the $100 credit we provide cannot be cashed out and to be spend only on our platform. Also you change change your recharge thresholds to lower amount if you want to pay lower amount at a time

Shipping to ****** with EasyPost takes 6 weeks or more. I ordered two shirts from a vendor which could easily have been sent **** flat rate and they would've been here a month ago. Instead, they're still in some cargo hold on a ship somewhere in the Pacific.

Claims delivers package on certain date at certain time but is not there. Sometimes gets delivered 1-2 days later or sometimes NEVER delivered. Awful service. Most recent incident, I have yet to receive delivered package 3 days later. If I had known EasyPost was delivery service, I would never have ordered.

Absolutely horrible service. I was charged $100 to print one shipping label. When I attempted to get a refund I found that ********* has no telephone support. They only have email support which has been completely unresponsive. If you are reading this you should find a different API service because Easypost is garbage.
