    Dr. ******* gruff and inappropriate demeanor caused me to to rush from his office both shaken and impaired as my eyes perception was changing. Prior to the glaucoma appointment that was recommended one of his doctors, his administrative staff insisted that my eyes be dilated to perform the Glaucoma exam. I was hesitant to do so, especially as I had sustained an injury in my left eye one year ago. During my appointment, I was told that the dilation was necessary for him to perform the exam, so they dilated both eyes. Yet, when **************** walked into the room, not only did he not perform the exam, his demeanor was immediately aggressive and dismissive, and he stated, Your tests look fine! What can I do for you?.I was perplexed: Why were my eyes dilated for no reason? **************** was clear that he had no intention of examining my eyes. Aside from the glaucoma test, this office had been treating an injury sustained to my left eye a year ago. When I asked for a checkup of my injury, he became irritated and yelled for me to see a Cornea Specialist. (I had actually already requested a recommendation for a Cornea Specialist from his office the week prior - so this recommendation actually came from me).I asked if he could perform a Schimmers test, and Dr. ******* demeanor escalated and he started yelling. My vision perception was changing and I felt shaken with his gruff attitude, so I said, "I don't feel comfortable here, and walked out.My eyes were so sensitive, and I felt so shaken by this treatment that I had to sit in my car for one hour before I could start to drive with sunglasses.I also want to mention that during the testing process, his staff attempted to place a used eye patch on my eye. When I asked for a NEW, clean eye patch, she answered, "OK, this one here hasn't been used."I was mistreated but this complaint relates to conditions that lead me to leave this office, impaired and shaken by Dr. ******* inappropriate demeanor.
