I needed two visas for an upcoming trip to *****. The Chinese Consulate in ******* is closed so I went to the internet and found Travel Visa Pro. The name says it all. My local representative, ********* was informative and professional. We worked together to insure there would be no delays with my visas being issued. Once my packet was complete she informed me of the next steps and followed up with me to insure I had no problems with the ***** labeling or drop off. Within a few days, I was contacted by the Travel Visa Pro office in **********, **. They confirmed receipt of my package and emailed me with each step that was taken. I used Travel Visa Pro to handle my Apostille request. The service was completed, and I received the documents in about a month, which is faster than expected. Their email responses were also prompt and professional.However, I was charged for ***** signature-required return shipping, but the package was delivered without requiring any signature which undermines the purpose of paying extra for secure delivery.More concerning: after I received the documents, I began receiving multiple phone calls from someone claiming to be from the ************************, saying I still owed $20. To this day, I still dont know whether this was a scam or whether Travel Visa Pro failed to forward part of the payment to the government. I had to contact the government myself to try to confirm the situation which I shouldnt have had to do.Overall, the documents were delivered and the turnaround was quick, but there were transparency issues in both billing and communication. Regarding the ***** delivery, we completely understand your frustration. If you paid for a signature-required return, that service should have been honored. We are addressing this with our shipping provider and have issued a $15 refund to cover the cost of that service.The phone calls you received claiming to be from the ************************ are understandably concerning.Please rest assured: Travel Visa Pro submits all necessary fees directly to the appropriate agencies on your behalf, and we never request additional payments once your order is in progress. Importantly, we do not submit client contact informationincluding phone numberswhen handling apostille requests.Travel Visa Pro has been a registered hand-carry expediting service with the ************************ since 2007, specializing in emergency passport and apostille services. The calls you received appear to be fraudulent, unless you independently submitted forms or made contact outside of our process.
Your phone number was not shared by Travel Visa Pro, and we recommend disregarding any such calls.We take all feedback seriously, especially when it highlights areas for improvement. I don't know if this is a scam, but it is generally illegal to require you to pay hundreds of dollars before you have made an appointment. They won't make appointment on line or over phone, you have to pay and then wait to find our when/if you get appointment. This is just for a US passport renewal with no changes. If they are legit, they do an excellent job of appearing suspect.Travel Visa Pro

1 starWe signed up April 16, 2025, paid in full for (4) ppl for ********** with document pre-check fee for each of us. We had gone back and forth asking this and that, had us sign statements, document so on and forth...no problem, we complied since we understand it is what is needed. Finally, when the time comes we finalized the applications, we reached out to the person assign to our file for final check before we finalized. She assured us that all is fine, we need to sign and mail our application and passport(s) to ******* office, this was May 19, 2025. Two days later, we got a call stating we need to re-do another application because we missed a L ********* *** say what?!!! It took a month of back and forth and we now have to do another apps, but the best part, when we get done, it has to be ***** to ******* at O U R Cost. We are so exhausted, we just wanted this over with, now that this new apps are completed, we called to have someone pre-check before we sign and mail. The 1st rep that answered said she couldn't assist and will have a supervisor call me. I received a call from a "supervisor", he basically told me, DUE TO THE HOLIDAY, THEIR OFFICE IS OVERWHELM AND WILL NOT GET TO REVIEW OUR APPLICATION UNTIL FRIDAY ( 4DAYS FROM THIS CALL)... I lost it and told him, their company issue is not my concern at his time, If he couldn;t find the time to pre check, we will sign and mail and get this over with ************ is a complete N I G H T M A R E... I have used these services since about 2010. I wanted to renew my passport as well as add a passport card, and get an e-**** to *****. I paid a service fee of $99 for the passport renewal, in addition to the government fees, and then another $139 for the rush India e-****. I needed all of this in about 30 days. Here is the timeline of events:materials sent to TVP -- ****** with arrival on5/13 passport application completed/approved by US Gov5/16 return transit - priority overnight for $405/20 ********** worksheet sent5/21 ***** **** online - approved/arrived5/23 I made a few mistakes on the forms, which *** corrected for me. The India e-**** forms were completed through submitting a 'worksheet' which took about 15 minutes. I had real time updates by ***** and SMS with the staff processing all of this. They also called me back right away when I had a question.For less than $300 extra, I saved my trip and all of the worries. I dont know how they are accredited. It is a scam. They do nothing that you couldnt do for yourself and continually charge you additional fees. I never agreed to anything and was never told anything about cancellation fees over the phone when I paid. If I dont get my full refund I will take legal action. They contacted me at 3am and told me they were in ******* lol. 100% a scam. DO NOT USE.Travel Visa Pro
