      I paid $770 for 6 days of boarding for my 4-year-old border ****** ******.They promised daily photos of ******, didn't deliver. I emailed twice, sent me some, and charged me $30 for it as a surprise. I was not notified in advance, plus they didn't even deliver what they promised (free daily photo of dogs)What's worse is how little they know about dogs and how unprofessional they are.1. The photos they sent me were ALL about ****** playing a tennis ball on a turf. Here's a free lesson:1. Tennis ***** are notoriously bad for dogs ******* it). for the teeth and for the chemicals it contains.2. Turf is really bad for their joints.This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I only chose this place because their website shows photos of true enrichment activities, things that will challenge a border collie. If they have any knowledge about how to raise a dog, they will not do this. And what makes their mistake funnier is I LEFT A proper ball with grabs for fetch, they didn't even bother using it.POTENTIAL ANIMAL ABUSING. ****** came home with a really bad smell, pee and anxiety. I shower him once every few months and he smells just fine. I can not imagine what he went thru in this facility.When they handed me back ******, he was not even properly leashed. I didn't notice until I left, and ****** almost ran away. I reacted quickly enough and got him on the car. I MENTIONED about this TWICE, once in the initial onboarding survey, once in person when I dropped off that ****** likes to run free and needs extra attention securing the leash. Once again, completely ignored.Then they tried to charge me the full price, when the first 3 days should be 50% off. I had to remind them and asked them to modify the price. To conclude, this place lies to customers, breaks promises, does not know much about dogs, does not provide a safe OR clean space, and charges their customers wrong, and without clarity.
