      We have a rental property in ************* and relied on this business to provide plumbing repairs over the years, especially kitchen garbage disposal. We have replaced this disposal several times and even went to the extent to re-pipe and correct several connections. We were quoted $889 to replace the garbage disposal in November 2022. We did not agree that this was a fair price and the business offered to refund $200. We wanted this to be resolved and decided to proceed with a new garbage disposal for $689 under the impression that this would be a one year warranty. On April 17, 2023 our tenant informed us that the disposal was not working. I contacted the company as I was shocked that the disposal was not working after only 4.5 months. They basically told me that I refused to buy the warranty and that they will not investigate why it was not working and said that they would come out for $89 to investigate. I asked if they guaranteed their work and the manager told me that when you buy the warranty. No attempt to work with a customer who has paid them several hundred dollars and did not want to make it right after several attempts to ask why a brand new disposal stopped working after 4.5 months.
