      On 6/7/23, I bought a subscription to Cengage Unlimited for my FIN 411 class as it was "required". I found out a couple of weeks later after enrolling in my class that Cengage wasn't even needed. I was going to get a refund but found out that it was past the policy (>14 days). However, I needed it for another class (FIN 611), and when I signed up for the class, the subscription was already added. I was confused, but figured the subscription carried over from my previous purchase. Now, on 10/24/23, I see that my subscription has expired. So, at this point, I did not touch my 411 course on Cengage once. I've spent $132.80 for basically 2 months of FIN 611 and now I have to spend another $124.99+tax for another 2 months in order to finish the class. I've contacted Cengage and their chat response was: "I'm sorry for your inconvenience". I'm looking to get the remainder of my subscription covered.Purchase Date: 6/7/2023 Order Number: ***********
