******************* as a provider for an offer that stated that if New User were to open a new account and make a purchase, they would receive $55.80 through a bit lab five surveys. I completed this offer on March 27, which was supposed to confirm instantly and provide the funds to Five Surveys; however, I never received the funds to my Five Surveys account. I contacted Five Surveys stating this and they referred me to bit labs and I never heard back. I am currently still awaiting the funds and have not received them.Business Response

When you sign up they inform you that your money has to sit for 12 months, but they do not explain that in order to withdraw your investment someone else has to buy your shares. They do not fully divulge the process, and now my money is stuck, forever in their awful system.Business Response

To clarify, our platform operates on a peer-to-peer marketplace model, meaning shares are sold when another investor chooses to purchase them. While we do have a 12-month holding period, once that period ends, shares can be listed for sale, and in most cases, they are sold within a few days.
In your case, you purchased $1,000 worth of shares and received a $50 welcome bonus in December 2023 and January 2024. When you decided to sell in March 2025, all of your shares were successfully sold within three days. While we understand that the final sale price may not have been what you expected, real estate investmentslike all investmentscan fluctuate in value.

Dear Better Business Bureau (BBB),I am filing a formal complaint against Ark7 for failing to allow access to my deposited funds. I invested $1,000 into the DFW-S14 property on August 2, 2024, and the holding period ended on November 3, 2024. I bought shares on the Ark7 platform more than one year ago. I plan to sell the shares but found out there is no way I can sell. They advertise on their website saying customers can sell shares after holding one year. But the reality is not that. I think they are misleading investors.Business Response

I placed a transaction from my Ark7 account to my ************* account on December 22. I knew that due to the holidays there would be a delay and received a messaged that my funds should be available by December 27. On December 27 I checked my account to see that the ************* was closed and so I reached out to Ark7 customer support on December 27 asking about if they knew when the money would be returned and available to me. No one reached back until December 30th which now another holiday is coming around therefore another delay and all I was asked about was verification of the email on my account. I replied promptly and didnt receive another email until January 3rd stating that my transfer had already been completed. However, when I have mentioned to this company several times now that the money was returned, no one has ever written back, responded to the numerous emails I have sent, or times Ive tried to reach out. My bank sent this money back on DECEMBER 29, and it has yet to show up in my Ark7 account. Not to mention there is no phone number to reach them. Zero customer service. I am HOMELESS AND have literally been struggling!!!! I should not have to wrangle and make complaints for my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!Business Response

The preceding circumstance stems from the closure of the customer's own refund receiving account, resulting in our system indicating completion while the funds were not actually deposited here but rather remained with ******. The intermediate delay was due to system-related issues. The initial response to the customer's email was timely, resulting in the closure of the first ticket out of three. However, the customer's second email was inadvertently overlooked, only discovered on 1/25 and promptly addressed on 1/26.
