    I went to the theater on Friday 10/14/2022 and had a herendous experience. I was walking to the building of the theater when two people driving in front of the building asked me if i had their iphone. I said no and proceeded to walk to the theater. Then as I was walking to the receptacle to dispose of my food, the car is driving along side of me and asks about the phone again. At this point i reiterated that I did not have the phone and if they really thought I had it to call the police. I approached the inside of the theater to retrieve my ticket that I paid for prior to arriving at the theater, and went to the restroom. I exited the restroom and seen one of the people who falsely accused me of taking their iphone talking to the security guard Execushield saying i took their iphone. At this point my patience was gone and I told this security guard who worked with Execushield to call the police. He refused. So at that point I asked for the manager at the movie theater who told me her name was *** and that this other person shouldnt have even been in the theater because he had no ticket. I called the police and while they were on their way the security guard offered to get me a ticket to another movie as I had already missed the beginning of my movie because of this incident. A police officer from *********** pd arrived, officer ********** and searched my bag with my consent there was no iphone just like I had stated many times. Again the security officer said I could see a future show time since mine was missed and obtain a refund on the previous ticket that I purchased. He also mentioned a guest pass. During the refund transaction, a different employee refused to give me the pass and only offered a refund. She spoke to ***, a manager at the theater, and the security guard I assume because she came back and provided a refund and guest pass. Then I asked about a ticket for the next showtime and they refused and told me to leave for the day. I asked the security guard
