      Beware of this company -- Aolanis *******?? trainer for Koru K9 in *********, ** dog died in her care (lost 20+ lb) and the company is standing behind her, not answering or addressing concerns. She is still on the site, they are not investigating what happened or answering basic questions.

      This person is not a Koru K9 client. This is a review from a person who has heardone side of the story of a tragic death of a dog named ******** * who was not a current Koru K9 client at the time of her death.******** was a 3*week board and train client in November of 2024. She died in June of 2025.The rescue influencer has been vocal about sharing accusations, allegations, and conspiracy theories.Koru K9 has been conducting an investigation which includes medical records, photographic documentation, interviewing our trainer, local authorities, interviews with individuals who saw ******** immediately following her death, the necropsy results that are being released, and more.These people who are not our clients coming to our page to review us are claiming because Koru K9 is notpublicly sharing this information, and standing in support of our trainer, that we are somehow guilty.We understand most people understand there is a reason for silence and facts in a matter such as this. And its not guilt.We all are aware of how social media algorithms work, and how influencers, benefit from those algorithms. And that anybody can say anything they want, at any time, about anybody.Even those that appear to do amazing work with dogs.We do amazing work with dogs as well.While we do not have a large platform of followers, we have remained focused on what we believe matters.And our focus remains firmly on the dogs.We have been investigating, and basing decisions on evidence rather than emotionally charged assertions and social media stories.Koru K9 will always investigate and potentially take action with respect to any trainer when accusations arise. Any credible allegation of neglect or mistreatment, even in ones personal capacity, would be relevant to continuing a training relationship with the company.
