      The Sephora located at ************************************************************ had five employees on the floor this morning. As i entered the store they told me they did not carry Bare Minerals anymore. When i asked for a skin match to buy from another line, they called a mature lady from the back. Then she escorted me to the Bare minerals isle. She did everything possible not to do a skin match. Even Thow i explained that my skin tone had changed since my last match a few years back. Ultimately i had to beg, when i asked for help with the other brands since they did not have my color at the store; she became rude. press the button to her wakin talki and told the employee upfront that she could not come because i had now changed my mind. She twisted her mouth and rolled her eyes as if i was bothering her. I asked her if i was holding her up and she complained about me not choosing a foundation fast. and recommended i should just buy online. I ended up leaving the store and purchasing the item at home. I am never returning to a Sephora store; they seem like they are only there to try to prevent you from entering the store. I noticed that they have people watching you closely as if you are going to steal something but when you ask them a question, they do not know the products. I used to get my facials here and the employee that did them was super nice to me. What happened?
