    I recently purchased a Lockly smart lock, and after checking the company’s BBB rating, I was initially hesitant due to the low scores. However, I can confidently say switching to Lockly was one of the best decisions I’ve made!

    As someone with years of experience in consumer affairs, I understand the importance of quality and service. Despite the concerns I had, Lockly has exceeded my expectations. The installation was straightforward, and the features are fantastic—especially the ease of use and security options.

    While I noticed some negative reviews, my experience has been nothing but positive. They deserve a fair chance, and I’m happy to advocate for a company that’s clearly dedicated to improving its products and service. I have no regrets about my decision to go with Lockly!

    I have been a Lockly customer for 3 years and loved it. I recently upgraded my Lockly lock to their newest version, the facial recognition! I have to say the entire family love it so much. This company never stopped innovation and I always feel I have the coolest smart lock in the market. they customer service has been always standing behind the brand whenever I had questions or issues through out the years. I have recommended Lockly products to few friends already. Definitely worth the money.

    Not a good company. Lock electronics suddenly died, and they're giving me a run around with the warranty process despite having all required information. 3 months into the *** process and they're still assuring me that I'm their top priority.... Lockly has absolutely lost my business forever

    ***************** what customer service? Sales will sell you a brick to get your money and after that good luck getting help with anything unless you are buying more.OS system they have cost per lock, so after about 10 locks you're in for 2k a yr and they make it so at that level of locks you need the OS.Total bait and switch, they offer one thing and provide another, no help, no manuals, nothing but excuses.I have called, emailed, contacted on ********* and only after a threat of BBB did they reply and only to bait me into a contract and that is the only way they would fix their mistake.They claim to be streamlining, but what they are doing is selling leftover stock claiming it's up to date, and then later they offer you a better lock for more money.They blow a lot of smoke and it seems they will keep on doing it as I doubt this will do much to stop them.I have spent 3 weeks trying to contact them and now all I get is half answers and mostly no answer, and they keep saying call tech support that never replies, even the corporate phone never answers or calls back after leaving a message as directed.How is this company even operating in *******, or is it because its America that they are so dirty.

    Terrible customer service. We tried troubleshooting countless times when the lock stopped working under typical use (per the companys guidelines). They finally said they would give me a refund after I mail them the item back. I mailed the item and the tracking number confirms delivery. But they never gave me my refund. I have contacted them so many times for an update on the refund. They making excuses about their billing *****
