    PayJoy ID number ***************. The smartphone financed through your services has been lost and is no longer in my possession or use. Under principles of fairness, equity, and contract law, I cannot be held liable for continued payments for a device I do not have or benefit from.2. I am currently under a legally sanctioned debt review process as per South African law, and you have not complied with your obligations under Section 86(10) of the National Credit Act, No. 34 of 2005. All communication regarding this debt must be routed through my debt counsellor, Debtbusters, and all collection or enforcement actions must be suspended immediately.3. Unlawful Remote Phone Locking:Any attempt to remotely lock the device constitutes a violation of Sections 49 and 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008, which prohibit unfair contract terms and self-help remedies without due process.4.Your insistence on applying United States law or arbitration clauses to this contract, which was performed and entered into in ************, is unenforceable and contravenes the principles of international private law and the constitutional rights to fair access to justice.5. I hereby demand: Immediate write-off of all outstanding payments and fees related to the lost smartphone.- Cease and desist from any further collection or enforcement actions against me.- Confirmation in writing that you will comply fully with the debt review process.- Withdrawal of any negative credit listings related to this account from credit bureaus.- A formal acknowledgement that jurisdiction clauses favoring US law are null and void in this context. Resolve this matter amicably before I escalate to:- The *************************************** (***)- The Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (****)- The ************************************* (*****)- Relevant US regulatory authorities - Appropriate legal action for breach of consumer protection laws and unfair contract enforcement.
