    I received an e-gift from a partner company via Sendoso. In the initial email from Sendoso, it explains that a recipient will have 21 days to claim the gift: "Note: Offer expires on 12 Jan 2023" and I received the email on 12/22/22. I then claimed the gift and received an email that states simply, " You've successfully redeemed your eGift! Please click on the eGift link and record the eGift code."I've since tried to use it and was told that it's now expired and there's nothing they can do. The Sendoso rep even told me that both the sending party and myself lost access to the funds. So Sendoso has charged my partner $300 for the gift, but won't allow me to access it and there was never any indication that after I claimed the gift that there was a 90 day window to record the "eGift code". I attached screenshots of the emails as well as my conversation with Sendoso.All I'm asking for is the initial $300 gift card that I'm owed, nothing more, nothing less. It shouldn't be this complicated.
