I appreciate your willingness to assist, but I feel compelled to reiterate my request for a full refund.I have made several attempts to resolve this matter amicably, but unfortunately, I have not been successful. I was only able to attend one class, and my login records will confirm that I did not stay logged in for longer than an hour. Regrettably, the course did not meet my expectations.While I understand that you have policies in place, I believe it is essential to consider the unique experiences of your customers. I cannot justify paying for a service that did not align with my needs.If my request for a full refund is not honored, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to resolve this matter.
