    I have been a customer on ********************** for several of years now. Unfortunately I've hat negative experiences that led me to follow complaint with BBB. Purple ocean has declined over the past few years due to a turnover rate with readers and advisers. All the accurate psychics were Removed off the platform. Purple ocean has increased their prices however the quality of their readers is very low. I have been getting a reading from a couple readers off there for several months now to find out they were inaccurate. The latest being halo Empress. You're starting to feel like their platform is more of a scam. This reader led me to believe for several months after spending all this money of a specific outcome that turned out not to be true. I have spent a lot of money on their platform and I have reported these concerns to customer service for them to reply back with a Response excusing The psychics behavior. I am requesting a Full refund back from purple ocean for all of these readings as a result to the inaccuracy and I feel as though I've been scammed. They also have a deceased psychics profile still up after they were notified she Is deceased. If I can't get anything resolved through this website that I will be forced to take my matters to the ************************* and possibly file a small claim against this company from being scammed out of my money. Their overall ratings have went down. A lot of their psychics have over a 100 plus negative reviews so it is Difficult on who to trust. They shouldn't have increased their price without increasing the qualities of the services. The reader is a complete scam And I had the chance to see some of her other negative reviews who also encountered a similar experience where she told them for several months one thing and then when it didn't come to pass and she's confronted she takes no accountability

In your tenure as a client, our customer support team has interacted with you on many occasions, addressing complaints, refund requests, technical issues, and at times issuing warnings for violations of our Terms of Use. 
    We have granted you several refunds when warranted, for matters relating to technical difficulties affecting quality of service. We have issued credits at times when youve voiced dissatisfaction with readings that did not meet our criteria for refunds. 


    And on many occasions, our agents have directed you to Purple Oceans Terms of Use: ************************************************, which you agreed to upon registering on the app. The two areas frequently cited are as follows:

    I made several complaints with customer care regarding this matter.  I will be escalating matters to the local attorney ************** here in *** if the company does not offer a resolution to address this sensitive matter and or possibly file a claim with small claims.  This method with bbb is my attempt to resolve this matter with the company before escalating the concern.  I was clearly scammed and lied to by the advisor for several months. This is definitely not a experience anticipated after being a customer for several years.  I will take things to the news media outlets and many other social media outlets.

    Hi there. Our position on this matter hasn't changed. We are not providing a refund for purchases made and used in good faith on our platform. Our Terms of Use and refund policy have been provided to this user many times over the years.
