I am a customer of ******************************************************************'s ******** location (located on ********) and my unit number is: E910. Ever since I signed up for a reoccurring payments with this property, it seems like there is always a problem with my SPS account. I signed up for reoccurring payments in July of this year. On 8/2/2024, I was concerned when I was notified (via email) that my reoccurring payment went through successfully, however it was not reflected on my SPS account, so I contacted the property that same day (8/2/2024) to inform them of this information to make sure they processed my payment; so my account will not go into lien status. They later applied the payment to my account, but then I started to doubt the whole reoccurring payment process. Which leads me to my current frustration. I have been going back and forth with property since they added *** fees to my SPS account despite the funds being in my bank account. Here's a little background - on 9/11/2024, I discovered that SPS withdrew $242 from my bank account without my authorization. My monthly rent is $192, so I called to see what occurred. I was informed that I received a $50 NSF fee due to SPS processing a payment from my bank account on 9/9/2024 that was rejected. However, I informed them that the funds were available in my account on 9/9/2024 and that I was never notified of a rejection. I called my financial institution to see if there were any rejections from *** on 9/9/2024 and they informed me that there were not any rejections on my account from SPS or anyone else for this amount and/or date since the funds were available. On 9/12/2024, I informed them that I no longer authorized SPS to have access to my bank account and removed my bank information from the system. On 9/19/2024, I received a call from the automated system informing me that I received another $50 NSF fee (since ***** was in my favor and removed the $242 fee), despite me removing my bank information from their database.
